CAN I RETURN MY ORDER

 

RETURN POLICY:

**NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS‼️ RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED STORE CREDIT ONLY.

WE UNDERSTAND ITEMS MAY NOT FIT AND YOU MAY NEED A SMALLER OR LARGER SIZE. WE ASK YOU MAIL IT BACK ASAP IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR MERCHANDISE CREDIT. 

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned 

***Non-returnable merchandise include: sale products, formal dresses, bodysuits, bodysuit sets, mask, any sets including a mask and all accessories.

3. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.

4. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to PNKelephant.

5. Shipping fees are non refundable.

6. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

**Please include your original packing slip so we know who you are. If you've misplaced your packing slip no worries, you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number. A merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?

Please note that all items can be returned exclusively by post/courier, as we don't currently have a drop off point.  You can return the items via your own method to the address below:

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. To return an item please follow the steps stated above in ‘HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM(s)?

WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?

When your return has been delivered to our warehouse it can take the returns team up to 7 working days to process your store credit, as soon as we have processed this you will receive a confirmation email. The returns team will then process your store credit within 5 working days, please allow the following time for the funds to show in your account.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Please make sure you have checked your junk folder for the email. If you still believe you have not received it, please feel free to contact us at support@pnkelephant.com and one of our customer care team will be able to help you.
