PRE ORDER POLICY

A pre-order item allows the client to purchase an item in advance. 

Our Pre-order Items are best selling Pnk Elephant pieces that have previously been In-stock and sold out multiple times. 

When Pre-ordering an item from our website, please keep the following in mind:

• Payment is charged immediately at checkout and not when the item ships.

• The pre-order item can arrive prior or after the estimated ship date thats posted in the description box.

• Pre-orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours of the estimated ship date.

• If in-stock items are included with your order, your entire order will be shipped on the estimated ship date unless the ship date is 3 weeks and over than we will ship your order separately.

• We DO NOT ship in-stock item(s) separately ( unless the ship date is 3 weeks and over or you pay additional shipping costs.)
