Order Never arrived

I still haven't received my order from February 23. So my experience has been a nightmare so far. I've emailed for updates and blame was put on postal service. It's April the blame is on the owner not the shipping company. I haven't been offered overnight, next day shipping, refund or discount on future orders. I've waited patiently on the shoes. This I my 2nd order to you and my 1st order went through perfectly fine. Please make this right.
