Zipper damaged
Zipper popped right off as I went to zip the boot up. I have another pair of their shoes and never experienced this before.
Never Received Item
Horrible, as I truly wanted these booties more than ever! I’ve sent email communications to the support email address provided in my order invoice and still no one from this company has responded. My package has been showing a label has been created with UPS since August 10th even though I processed my order July 28th. That’s very terrible service no matter how you put it and the nerve to send a review request about my overall experience. I will NEVER purchase from this site ever again!!!!!
Cute but wrong sizing
The boot is super cute but the sizing chart provided is incorrect. I figured the shoes would run small so I ordered a whole size up from my normal size and the shoe was still too small. I sent several emails inquiring how to return the shoes for a store credit and never received a response.
Disappointed
I never received my boots!!
Run a size too small
I wish the sight would’ve advised to size up! I’m a 38 regularly all my heels are 38 this fits like a 36. Super sad about not being able to fit the shoe having to return it for store credit and wait for the credit back to reorder. I’d still recommend the boot but I’d recommend that the sight advise to size up, which would’ve made this transaction better.
