The Jessica-beautiful but runs small

Overall it was good. Delivery took longer than expected but it’s understandable in the COVID environment. Shoe is absolutely beautiful. It runs extremely small, I’m a size 9.5/10 so I ordered a 41 & could barely get my foot in the shoe. I was devastated that the size was significantly off. I ending up giving it to my friend who normally wears a six 8/8.5. Order up in size.

Where are my shoes

I ordered 2 weeks ago!! Emailed and the representative said they'll check on my order. The label was created but no movement. I needed these shoes for the 21st of nov that's why I ordered early. They weren't pre order shoes so I'm not understanding why I haven't receive the shoes. At this point I just want my money back.
