Our Pre-order Items are best selling Pnk Elephant pieces that have previously been In-stock and sold out multiple times.

When Pre-ordering an item from our website, please keep the following in mind:

Payment is charged immediately at checkout and not when the item ships.

The pre-order item can arrive prior or after the estimated ship date thats posted in the description box.

Pre-orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours of the estimated ship date.

If in-stock items are included with your order, your entire order will be shipped on the estimated ship date unless the ship date is 3 weeks and over than we will ship your order separately.

We DO NOT ship in-stock item(s) separately ( unless the ship date is 3 weeks and over or you pay additional shipping costs.)

Broken heel

Shoes didn't fit well at all the heel on the right shoe looked like it broken when you start walking (most def don't want no ankle sprain). And they only give 7 days to return or exchange was not impressed. I guess I have to throw them away

Beautiful but not true to size

Great! I’d definitely recommend to a friend or family. I have not worn them out yet. I’ve worn tried them on around the house and seems some what sturdy.

Love the shoe. The way it show online is exactly what you get upon arrival.

I had to send them back because they were too small. I had to go a size up but I have now ordered 5 pairs of these shoes. Absolutely love them. Get yours today!
