A pre-order item allows the client to purchase an item in advance.

Our Pre-order Items are best selling Pnk Elephant pieces that have previously been In-stock and sold out multiple times.

When Pre-ordering an item from our website, please keep the following in mind:

Payment is charged immediately at checkout and not when the item ships.

The pre-order item can arrive prior or after the estimated ship date thats posted in the description box.

Pre-orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours of the estimated ship date.

If in-stock items are included with your order, your entire order will be shipped on the estimated ship date unless the ship date is 3 weeks and over than we will ship your order separately.

We DO NOT ship in-stock item(s) separately ( unless the ship date is 3 weeks and over or you pay additional shipping costs.)

Never received my order

Never received my order, placed my order over a month ago, received tracking still saying wait to my ship from vendor. Place dispute with PayPal. Waiting on a refund.

I never received my item

I was shipped the wrong order, when i emailed the company they told me what i ordered was out of stock, i have still yet to receive the other shoes i ordered over a month ago.

My overall experience has been TERRIBLE!!!! I can't tell you about the boot because I never received them. I have emailed the company and no response.

Disappointed

I was soul disappointed in the customer service provided to me. I placed an order and reached out to a representative to modify my order upon arrival of my order I was missing the other pair of booties i reached out and revived no response from the customer service soul I am very saddened by the lack of integrity
