I ordered these boots and the matching blazer last year in September I reached out after a month because my order never came they told me I had to file a claim with ups so I did that and ups informed me that the company had to file the claim and I had to call back after so I have sent numerous emails and this company has yet to file with ups so I can get my money back smh I will never purchase from them again
